Pep Boys regularly runs tire specials “Buy 3 Get the 4th Tire Free”. It sounds like a good deal, but it isn’t as you’ll soon see. To get your 4th tire free you have to send in a rebate form, which they promise is easy and guarantee you’ll receive payment. I have now found out this is not the case, and its not just me that’s getting scammed by Pep Boys Rebate scam.
