I have 5 websites hosted with WebHostingPad, and I have found them to be nothing short of fantastic. They offer a great cpanel with easy to setup MYSQL databases as well as very configurable php and apache settings. WHP offers almost 100% uptime and top-notch customer service. As an experienced WHP user I can fully recommend them, and rate them as being about equal with JustHost.

Webhostingpad is a lot better than I thought it would be – I was with GoDaddy before and even though they have a lot of hype their support is actually not so good. With Webhostingpad on the other hand they are their 24/7 and reply right away when I chat with them. Also they answer their tickets right away. Everything has been going smooth so far even after 9 months. I recommend Webhostingpad for everyone, newbies or experts.

I tell you there is absolutely nothing like being able to understand someone on the other end of the phone. I was wholly expecting to have this service outsourced (because of the incredibly low price) but there was someone on the other line who I was able to understand perfectly. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the cPanel and was able to help me get my website up and running in about 5 minutes. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly he also walked me through how to fix it so that if I made the same mistake I would know how to fix the problem. It was quite a relief to not have to go through 20 minutes of recordings first as well. Everything from WHP has been top notch.
